Overview

Resilience is a critical capability for navigating workplace challenges, supporting employee well-being, and maintaining engagement during periods of change. This course explores the concept of resilience and how strengthening it can help HR professionals and employees respond more effectively to stress, uncertainty, and everyday workplace pressures.

Participants will learn how resilience develops across four key dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, and social. The course provides practical strategies for strengthening each of these areas to improve overall well-being and adaptability. By understanding how resilience supports healthy coping, collaboration, and sustained performance, HR professionals can apply these concepts in their own work and help promote a more resilient, engaged workforce.

Learning Objective

Upon completion of this on-demand course, participants will be able to apply strategies for developing four dimensions of resilience—physical, mental, emotional, and social—that support well-being and adaptability in the workplace.

A visibly exhausted employee sits at a desk in a bright office, resting her head in one hand with her eyes closed. In front of her are two overfilled binders stacked with papers, a keyboard, mouse, clipboard, and a large computer monitor. Sunlight streams in from a window behind her, while a shelf with small plants appears in the background. The image conveys workplace stress, burnout, fatigue, overwhelm, and the need for employee mental health support.
