The Training Refinery follows strict learner record security guidelines and will release records only upon a learner's request.

The Training Refinery Learner Record Privacy and Information Security Policy is listed below:

All personal information and training records of The Training Refinery learners will be restricted from public access. The Training Refinery will never share learner contact details with any third party. The Training Refinery and its partners use a standardized, centralized record management system to store learner personal and training information. This system will ensure easy retrieval, availability, and accessibility of the learner training record without compromising the confidentiality of the learner training information.

All Training Refinery learners can access their learner records by logging in to their user accounts at http://trainingrefinery.com. Learners may also request a copy of their record by contacting The Training Refinery.

Learner Records Information Code of Responsibility for The Training Refinery Learner Representatives

  • Learner information, including learning event information, which is provided to The Training Refinery team, may not be used for any other purpose, or be passed on by The Training Refinery Learner Representatives to any other user.
  • The Training Refinery team is responsible for the security of all data they access. This involves establishing policies/procedures regarding access security to electronic records, keeping disks or printouts in locked cabinets, periodically updating passwords, and ensuring that terminals are properly signed off when not in use.
  • Confidential information regarding learners may not be released in any personally identifiable format without the permission of the learner.
  • In compliance with the guidelines in The Training Refinery Education Learner Record Privacy and Information Security Policy, The Training Refinery Learner Representatives will take every precaution to protect the integrity of our student records, and any release of academic information identifying a specific learner is prohibited.

Requesting The Training Refinery Education Learner Records

The Training Refinery Education follows strict learner record security guidelines and will only release records to individual learners upon request of the learner. Follow the steps below in order to access your learner records and protect your privacy and records security:

Requesting your learner records by email

Using the email address listed in your account, please email requests for your learner record to The Training Refinery or contact us. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Email Address
  • Physical Address
  • Organization Affiliation (if any)

A Training Refinery Education team member will respond with the requested record or request additional information.
